30-Day Free Returns
We proudly offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be returned within 30 calendar days.
- Product should be unused or only minimally used.
- Item must be clean and free from intentional damage.
- Original packaging is preferred whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products may not be eligible for return if:
- They have been heavily used.
- They are intentionally damaged.
- They have been altered after delivery.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We'll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
